Hi guys so barclys has stated there paying a 1p per share dividend but I hold 58.5something shares. How would they deal with the half percent share would they round up or down
Fractional shares dividend payments will be split based on the fraction of shares owned, then rounded to the nearest penny. In case the split dividend’s fraction is > 0.5, then the penny will be rounded upwards, otherwise, it will be rounded downwards.
