While they were first with fractionals in generalā¦T212 has beaten them to offer some European stocks and also ETFs. Revolut is still 100% US stocks only

Is there a way to easily see what is a fractional share on desktop or mobile app?
Yes, go to Settings -> Trading preferences and flip the switch called āFractional shares indicatorā.
This will show a small icon indicating whether an instrument supports fractional shares.
P.S. We also created a watchlist containing fractional instruments.
