I have a friend who is attempting to open their account, theyāve informed me theyāve done half the process before under a different email but then didnāt actually finish their application.
They want to fully open an account and they keep getting a āinvalid National Insuranceā error.
The āInvalid NINā message usually appears when the number is used for a second account. If the previous account hasnāt been deactivated, then that will prompt the message.
