Helping someone set up their account

Good morning,

I have a friend who is attempting to open their account, they’ve informed me they’ve done half the process before under a different email but then didn’t actually finish their application.

They want to fully open an account and they keep getting a ā€œinvalid National Insuranceā€ error.

Can you suggest anything with this?

The ā€˜Invalid NIN’ message usually appears when the number is used for a second account. If the previous account hasn’t been deactivated, then that will prompt the message.

Please ask your friend to message us here in the forum or via the t212.cc/ask form so we can take a closer look and resolve this.
