How Can i Realise "Dividends" Earned In my Accumulating ETF?

Brand new trader here so please be gentle.

I have decided to invest in two accumulating ETF funds in my General Investment Account. These are: Invesco EQQQ NASDAW-100 Acc (EQGB) and Invesco FTSE All World Acc (FWRG).

I have now learned that the reinvested dividends must still be treated as a dividend income at the end of the tax year. I believe the term is Deemed Distribution.

My question is… is there any way for me to realise how much i have earned in reinvested dividends on the fly? Or even periodically (i.e. monthly)?

I suppose my second question would be is there anywhere in T212 we can see the total dividends (either distributed or reinvested) paid to us?

It would be really nice to see this information for tax planning

Thanks

My understanding is you have to go to invescos website and caluclate it manually. Maybe consider swap ETFs which avoid this problem

Hmmm i’d need a more detailed answer to help really, fair enough if youre not sure and i appreciate your reply anyway.

What exactly are swap ETFs and how could they avoid this problem?

I checked for you. You want “Per unit excess reportable income over distributions in respect of the reporting period" in "invesco-markets-iii-plc_reportable-income_en_2025.pdf”, "invesco-markets-iii-plc_reportable-income_en_2024.pdf”, "invesco-markets-iii-plc_reportable-income_en_2023.pdf” etc. These are located on invescos website, just state where you are from and what type of investor you are:

Swap ETFs recreate the dividends artificially via swaps. As such swap ETFs are not investment funds and do not recieve dividends. Therefore no tax payable on dividends.

Appreicate you looking into this for me but wow this got complicated fast.

I was hoping there was a tool built into T212 that just gave the amounts updated daily e.g. X from capital growth Y from dividends reinvested. That would be so much easier for my budgeting and income tax calculations.

From what I’ve read these numbers are always retrospective and only given at the end of a tax year via the brokers (T212) tax voucher. But its too late by then so no good for budgeting and tax optimising

I couldnt find this report sorry and your link just takes me to the invesco front page

Oh and btw i only bought in at the end of September 2025, havent even held the ETFs for a month

Browse products → ETFs → filter by ticker EQGB ,cant find FRWG only FWRA → documnets → downlaod all

If you are in the UK you could open an ISA so tax free, or if the income is under your annual allowance, then no tax.

Very few brokers offer tax reporting / advice as it’s complex and they won’t be able to see all your accounts.
