I’m fairly new to all this and I’m having trouble accessing the RI subscription for IAG. When I click on the link in the email and the platform notification I get an error message. I have used both the chat and email contact to find out why and was told it’s due to insufficient free funds to cover the discounted shares. This isn’t the case as I have more than enough. My query has been escalated for investigation but I’ve not heard anything as yet.
Just wondering if any other IAG holders have had the same and if it was overcome. Just concerned as the cut off is 20/09.

The funds that you are trying to use for participation consist of funds derived from the free share that you have received at some point, which is still under its lock-up period. In order to subscribe to the issue, you need to provide funds which are available for withdrawal.

I’m confused as all my free funds are what I deposited within the last week so as far as I’m aware they are available for withdrawal.
