Hey, @seralouk - you can reset your demo account. However, resetting a real account’s data isn’t possible, unless you close it and open a new one.

Hi thanks. I think I will open a new one. In that case could you transfer my current positions to the new account?

I’m afraid we won’t be able to do that. In case you have any open positions, you’ll first have to close them and withdraw the funds before being able to deactivate your current account and create a new one.
