ISA allowance dashboard incorrect

Please, can anyone help with this: I maxed out my ISA less £1 for 25/26 (I put £1 in a LISA elsewhere). I deposited £425.25 into my cash ISA last month which reflected correctly on the ISA allowance dashboard for 26/27 as £19574.75 remaining.

However, when I withdrew the £425 from the cash ISA a couple of days ago, the dashboard is showing that I now have £425 replaceable funds from last year’s allowance and also incorrectly shows that I’ve deposited £425.25 into my S&S ISA, which I have not done. There is also no evidence of this in my transaction history.

What I was expecting to happen (and what had happened the previous times) was for my 26/27 allowance to return to £19999.75 and the previous years’ allowance to remain untouched.

I’ve raised this with the Trading212 customer service team and just keep receiving generic replies that the isa allowance is flexible and all I need to do is replace the funds.

Am I misunderstanding the numbers or is this an error with the dashboard?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It’s the same thing.

It’s showing you have replaceable funds in the current year.
