Please can you add the following BlackRock iShares ETFs to the product range. These are available through alternative money managers but not on T212 yet. It might be useful to add the full range of US, European and International iShares ETFs.

iShares MSCI USA Quality Factor ETF (QUAL)

These can’t be sold to a European Investors - you should checkout the help sticky written by @RLX that has a guide.
The ETFs need to be UCITS compliant is the short answer and these should not be available on other platforms as are for complex investors only.

No worries. What is interesting is the World Quality factor has consistently beaten VWRL - Vanguard FTSE all world over the past 10 years, but then is more heavily weighted to the US so long term probably swings and roundabouts given it’s higher fees.
