Iā€™d like to request PowerShares S&P500 High Dividend Low Volatility.

This is a really good ETF as with this current crash/correction it has a yield of more than 5%!

I believe they follow the same but Invesco charge a higher rate.

HDLG for GBX
HDLV for USD

Does anyone know if the 15% tax rate comes out of both or just the USD? I lost 15% of my dividend from Microsoft and pretty annoyed by that and want to avoid.
