Prediction 1:
Direct listing is gonna cause issues day one. So everyone clammering for the pop will miss it and/or t212 wonāt have it setup for trading from open.
Prediction 2:
Even if it is on t212 from moment of open (it surely wonāt. prediction 1). The price will be wild due to public fever but also liquidity! So no one will be able to trade anyway. Queue angry messages on forum.

Having said that, it says that DPOs are only on the OTC market, whilst I assume that this one will be on a main market on NYSE or NASDAQ. If that is the case, and considering that there are no intermediary banks, does that mean that we have a higher chance of the āretail priceā matching the āissue-DPO Priceā?
Iām hoping so. No idea about DPOs so fingers crossed. Timing might be key though.

Not sure. With higher profile IPOs recently, 212 have added them the day before so they are ready, but who knows if theyāll do that again.
At the least itāll be requested on the day and likely added same day.
Time of go live? Again I donāt know as this isnāt an IPO. Iām not sure how Direct Listings operate.
