I presume so but have a shred of doubt given its held on a US market (yet holds a KID).

$GBTC is not a crypto currency or derivative. So no it doesn’t fall under FCA.

I’m fairly certain T212 won’t be able to add GBTC: I think it’s a US-listed trust which doesn’t meet EU regulation requirements: but I could be wrong.

Further UK left the EU.

No, I don’t work for T212, it’s my 2p worth from experience. I do hope it can be added! Just because the UK has exited the EU, does not mean that all rules and regulations cease to apply.
