Unfortunately, the instrument is not eligible to be held in an ISA. Arm Holdings PLC is traded as depository receipts on NASDAQ, and the underlying parent company is not listed on a recognized exchange, hence why the instrument does not adhere to HMRC’s guidelines for ISA eligibility.
