No other alternatives available in U.K. that doesn’t mean much. Robinhood on the other hand gave their clients to subscribe early to shares of Argo…

It’s live now so yeah all good.

I’ll bet you weren’t singing Robinhood’s praises about 6 months ago.

Better option? Contact moomoo and register your interest in them expanding to the UK - they need to know the demand is there.

There were lots of interest in robin hood when they had planned to come U.K. that was unfortunately abandoned. You can be sure people will move over if they decide to come U.K.

What keeps me on this platform ? Is the simplicity of use app etc. That is exceptional.

The downside ? Is lack of benefits to clients.

There’s no other free-trading UK platform gives you access to as many IPOs as quickly as 212 do, to be fair.

That’s why I’m here. I have already said no better alternatives.

But when I look at Trading212 I compare with robinhood (that’s a complement). At the moment they offer more benefits to clients than trading 212.

Take this Argo ipo as example… they allowed their clients to subscribe early to shares

And I suppose we’ll not know until they finally do launch over here but I reckon they’ll find UK legislation and regulation don’t necessarily allow them to offer all the same benefits over here. At least not immediately.

I hope they do. I’d love out of hours trading and early IPO access in the ISA/Invest accounts. Time will tell.
