AIM:AEXG (AEX Gold Inc) - missed last week
NASDAQ:HCCH (HL Acquisition Corp) - now available in common stock
@Arron, there is also YAC.U (Yucaipa Acquisition) today but as units. One of the list.
On the SPACs, HL Acquisition Corp “announced to merge with Fusion Fuel, a proprietary technology owner of competitive green hydrogen production” in June, however they pulled out of a similar merger with a Singapore firm back in March due to current market conditions, so keep an eye on this with second waves hitting globally.
Yucaipa Acquisition Corp. “has completed mergers and acquisitions valued at more than $40 billion in numerous sectors including retail, logistics, hospitality and entertainment” and although they don’t focus on specific sectors, they expect to continue focus on the sectors that their investment team and operating and governance personnel “have established expertise and competitive advantages”.
