NASDAQ:MLAC (Malacca Straits Acquisition Corp) - common stock now available
NASDAQ:HCAC (Hennessy Capital Acquisition VI) - common stock now available
NASDAQ:CFFA (CF Finance Acquisition Corp) - common stock now available

On the two above, they filed their 8-Ks today with the SEC. is this perhaps just a timing issue?

Worth re-requesting tomorrow in case it’s just a delay on IB’s side?

wow, BIGC is up by 244% to 82! we really miss out not being able to partake in IPO lol

It’s trading on other brokers now but not t212 yet…hopefully soon. Although why not at the same time? anyone know?

Don’t think any retail investor would’ve managed to get in at IPO price. It doesn’t happen!

EDIT - just to expand, IPO’s are initially offered to the underwriters/institutions before coming to the open market, hence both the delay, and the price difference.
