do you know how many get made everyday demanding an answer directly from the staff, the majority of which are questions that have already been answered?
rather that having a lot of responses, I personally like to think they are focusing more on actually working to run and improve the platform.
for stock requests etc, Tickers and ISIN go a long way and only when done in the correct category. goes much further than asking for āxx companiesā that would require them to do the research on what you meant with the request.
we do still see quite a high number of responses, but usually more towards account issues and bugs/glitches that could negatively affect your experience and risk your money. requests do get noted though and added based on popularity with the client base. the backlog of which is still crazy long.

can you please speed up the process for Norwegian market
