Nio, sea limited etc showing on ISA account

Since the app update the likes of nio, sea limited, lizhi etc are showing on the ISA account with the CFD interface

ISA Unavailable Stocks notification

After a rigorous compliance check, we’ve found 90 stocks that have been available to ISA accounts but are not ISA-compliant. We’re required by HMRC to close all ISA account positions with these securities, as they shouldn’t have existed in the first place. Yesterday, a small number of clients holding 17 of these securities in Autoinvest were informed of this & were asked to close their positions during today’s session. Kaspi is also available on ISA, but it’s an ADR … I’m pretty sure it should not be there…
ARK Invest started to buy on 16 dec and they keep buying almost every day, this is a nice long term play, pls can someone confirm if Kaspi is available on ISA just by accident ? thx
