No trade confirmation email after purchase


I don´t know if this is something that has happened before to more users but I was updating my spreadsheet with this weeks buys and I realized I was missing one trade confirmation email.

I have reached out to support and they cannot re-send it as it is automatically generated. I guess I will have to trust on the monthly statements.

Please could T212 check the system and make sure trade confirmation emails are properly send?


You can always find a record of each past trade in the History section of the app. That actually contains more information than the emailed confirmation.

It is weird, I have received the trade confirmation an hour ago. The trade was made on the 10th. Support said they could not send it again. So I guess it was lost on its way to my inbox.

Anyway happy ending.
