What I’m saying is why would it just affect OTC markets, any stock can have a transaction done OTC instead of TOTV. So say TSLA premarket I want to sell and another T212/IB customer wants to buy will it potentially match the trade.
Probably because the stocks that only trade OTC are not subject to the same regulatory what nots.
Not sure if this was a matched trade with another IB customer, original post says it was TOTV

I haven’t seen T212 trade pre-market before, so we have premarket trading, but no indication of it nor any charts to show the current action.

Compared to the whole of 2020.
I would be fuming seeing market closed, putting in a market order expecting to be filled on open and having it filled premarket at more than twice.

I assumed (perhaps wrongly) that there was a requirement for platforms to obtain a reasonable price or reject it?
In any case this seems pretty sad, no indication of this change to OTC given to customers and no indication that the price shown was not related to the off market price it was about to go out to.

Those two trades of mine were left over from 24/12/2020. I thought only certain stocks could trade out-of-hours?
