Since it was not added for the spin-off… adding BEPC as priority is a very goodwill for BEP holders. :pray:

Is there any benefit of BEPC over BEP or BIPC over BIP? I think the main difference is about corporate structure which affects tax statements for investors, but is there any difference about taxes for European investors?

Well frankly I cannot find any clear statement regarding K1 tax form and Non- US citizens, thus I would like to avoid gray territory with BIP/BEP and invest in BEPC/BIPC.
