STAG is currently twice the P/E of O, does that not concern you a little?
But you might be convincing me to give O a little bit of a cut to give STAG a little more
At current valuation both STAG/O provide same capital appreciation growth and similar yield.
But I personally go with proven business, through multiple recessions without scratch, STAG has yet to prove resilience.
Beta is much higher than O tbf, but they are solid I think they’ll come out ok
If I have to do a lump sum investment, yes, for sure… but since I have already a position and I’m just doing “cost average” on it… I can just reduce a bit the monthly value if price and other metrics are too high.
Think I’m gonna take realty down a good bit and get more into STAG and elsewhere, maybe too concentrated on them

Growth is a good probem to have - i definitely would not be complaining either! I added CCI and AMT to my protfolio a couple of weeks ago. Hoping i get good growth from them…
