Stamp duty reserve tax in ISA?

Hi haven’t come across this before, I bought 10 shares in Premier foods and in the buy screen it said “Stamp duty reserve tax” ~£0.04 in my ISA?

I thought this was an invest platform only tax? Or is that CGT?

Stamp duty is the only tax that an ISA does not avoid unfortunately
