Can you set minimum trading quantity to 1 for Carnival and Prudential?

Is it possibile to download list of all available stocks, where is ticker, name and full name?
For CFDs, I still see companies like square and nike which only have a min trading quantity of 5 or 10
I was also wondering if I could find the full list of stocks (ticker, minimum quantity, etc) and whether they are different for live/demo or Invest/CFDs.
I’ve noticed some stocks in one place but not the other and it can get a little bit confusing.
