Two months ago it was around 7-8 days (depending on the backlog).
Now this process seems to be on pause until the end of the month:

We haven’t prioritized adding new instruments because we’re working on switching data feed providers + infrastructure upgrades, which will allow cleaning the backlog in a matter of days.
In about a month, we’ll be able to add new instruments & exchanges faster than ever.

I hope soon we will have an update on this subject.
