Apologies in advance for the silly questions. How long does it normally take to get something added? Should we just keep checking if it has. Moreover, how do we know if the platform doesn’t want to add it? Thanks

Most times T212 will provide feedback about the new additions, sometimes the requests are added before any feedback.

The time for feedback and additions can be very fast or take more time, it depends on their workload (additions pipeline and other features).
