This is an internal decision based on our risk management evaluation of these products. Generally, our product range doesnāt include asset types like preferred shares.

I think Robinhood had a similar policy but they recently made the an exception for the prefs. T212 currently lists the common stock MSTR, wouldnāt being higher up in the capital stack with more investor protections make it less risky, or at least that decision should be up to the investor?

Agreed, but I have given up on T212 with such requests, and Position size limits, easier to use another broker for such instruments as T212 is just too restrictive on certain investments.
