I had a look at justetf.com (usually a good place to start) in case there were other Greek ETFs that might be available but i couldnā€™t find any.

Currently, only the US OTC version (PRYMY) is available. I want to buy the underlying European share to avoid the OTC spreads and FX fees.

I would prefer the Milan listing, but if you have better coverage for Germany, the XETRA listing is also perfect for me.
