what’s the full name and the exchange is it on, or do you have an ISIN that can be searched?

I assume it’s on an exchange we currently have access to otherwise the holdup will be needing to add the new exchange first.

These, like the one you have requested, cannot be added to the platform because they do not comply with certain European regulations. You need to check that the ETF you request has the “UCITS” label. It is best to stay away from the US Vanguard site and instead do you research on their European sites.
