Transfer shares from CIBC Canada?

Hello a friend of mine wants to transfer shares from CIBC Canada to Trading212. They are all US stocks listed in Trading212’s platform. My questions are:

  1. Is this possible?
  2. How long is this gonna take?
  3. Anything else he should know?

At the moment we don’t support share transfers, I’m afraid.

Hi, is this the same for old paper shares? Can they not be transferred into 212 either?
