No, no chance whatsoever. US ETFs rarely comply with EU regs and cannot be offered by T212.
I believe they are available on eToro and Cisco both in EU.
I may be wrong but I think I’m right in saying you wouldn’t own the underlying asset with eToro as it uses CFDs.
