This is a US domiciled ETF that cannot be legally sold in Europe as it is not UCITS compliant.

Ahh I didn’t see that as I was looking through the Vanguard site. Thank you.
As a rule of thumb I have noticed that all Vanguard ETFs with 3 letter names are all US domiciled and not UCITS (VOO, VNQ etc). The UCITS ones have 4 letters (VUSA, VUKE, etc.)
