View Only Instruments MISSING after new Search update

Hi everyone

The view only instruments such as SPY and QQQ and others, are now MISSING from the search results, so you are unable to add these instruments to a watchlist, to keep track of overnight and pre-market trading. Only the CFD results populate the search fields (which do not track overnight and pre-market).

I know these instruments exist on the platform, because luckily I saved them in a watch list in the Invest Account, prior to the search update – but they now are unavailable completely from a search query. The search will not even pull up the ISIN. This is frustrating, because having access to View Only instruments is critical to monitor the markets, especially when we had the CME Futures market offline last week.

Can this be feature be fixed back to normal again?

Thank You

Oh dear! All this on top of a major cock-up in the Order History API that I reported over a week ago and on which there is still no response.

Further to this, the Order History API problem is now fixed. They did not say so. They just asked me for details of the URLs, Headers and Responses when I was using the endpoint. In producing this, I was able to see that the problem was now fixed.

There’s no longer a dedicated view-only category in the search tab because the scroll is now infinite. You can still filter view-only instruments with an additional click. After selecting an instrument, the advanced chart lets you view it in detail and add it to a watchlist, set alerts, etc.

No you cant, the instruments are missing completely.

I spent 20 minutes scrolling through thousands of instruments to find QQQ on the NYSE, and it doesn’t exist in the search field anywhere – nor does SPY, nor does any American ETF – Only the CFD versions are available

I’ve checked on my end, and both QQQ & SPY still appear when searched using their ISINs (US46090E1038 and US78462F1030). I’ll send you a message to gather a few details and help you out.

Those ISINs are for the CFD – Not the actual ETF that trades 24/5 (showing overnight and pre-market)

I sent you the requested screenshot in the DM
