Any thoughts on WireX and its crowdfunding happening today on crowdcube platform. Apparently it looks like there are more than 10,000+ interests!
No balance sheet as far as I can see, and difficult to back up the numbers/claims. If the company is doing well, then this screams as a pure advertising move (why do they need to crowdfund), but its difficult to backup the valuation as it is.
True, its probably a marketing gimmick.
Anyways they are planing to do an IPO or SPAC merge in 2021. Not sure how much accurate/reality it though!
we are looking at an IPO or possibly using a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) as our entry vehicle. An event like this is most likely to occur in 2021.
