The following IPOs are diarised for today;

NASDAQ:VERX (Vertex)
NYSE:WPF (Foley Trasimene Acquisition) - now common stock

Would you mind adding as soon as you can please?

With regards to the SPAC, Foley Trasimene ’s focus will be “on financial technology or business process outsourcing which are core to the economy. We will also target businesses that have unseen potential for revenue growth, defensible intellectual property and strong market positions within their industries”.

I think there was something in that old chain about it being a 52 day wait for SPAC units to become available as common stock.

I’m not the SPAC expert, mate, sorry. Sure @Arron or one of the other guys from the thread could offer better insight.
