Damn this is frustrating and disappointing now, especially with no update on what T212 are doing with weekly stocks/fractionals.

Please can you manage out expectations better on this with some sort of response at least? @David @PeterA @Martin @George radio silence is a pain for community engagement

@Alpha We’re focusing on fractional shares for the time being. We’ll add big batches of new securities after we’ve fractioned everything we have.

Thanks David - can we expect a big bulk of new fractionals to arrive today/tomorrow?

@David, is there an expected time-frame by which you expect to have all shares made fractional and when you can start adding new shares? Is the T212 team expecting it to be before the end of August?

There was topic on ETA for fractionals:

But tbh the more criticism on missed dates, t212 will be hesitant to provide ETA.

Members in this community should be bit more reasonable and understanding for the current environment/situation.

Hyper growth in days of pandemics. :+1:

I understand your point Vedran, however at the end of the day, the end of Q3 is just a ball park figure, they may not finish until a few weeks later or mid Q4. Nonetheless it is good to have a date in mind, that allows me to plan.

For example, knowing that some stocks that I have requested will not be available until Q4 (the earliest) then I will probably try to access them through another platform in the meantime, at least until they are available here.

Definitely the more intriguing of the UK Cloud Computing ETFs going. Another one for this please.

Bump!

Most of the top 12 holdings of WCLD ETF. are available as fractional shares. One could make a pie of those and swap it out for WCLD at a later date when that ETF is available. It might outperform WCLD. WCLD charges 0 40% annually.

Precisely, although I’m not a beta user so no pie for me yet… and I’m getting very… hungry. :no_mouth:

it’s an equally weighted index which makes this harder to do. the weightings are changing all the time from what I can tell to keep it balanced.

These are the current weightings according to the WisdomTree website. I have marked all those that are available as fractional shares and shown the % you would out in a pie of 20 holdings, Eg FSLY 11.2%, ZM 7.8%, … They say it is an equally weighted index so they may not have rebalanced recently. Apparently, they rebalance every six months. You could just make a pie with 5% of each of the 20 below,.

DOCU is fractional ? - I think you need to redo it

It is missing the little “f” on the icon. I guess I need to do more than check for the “f”. Conveniently that gives exactly 20 companies, so a pie with 5% each would be nice. I have redone the table. Certainly looks interesting:

I have quickly made this clone with 5% in each of 20 holdings. The things that puts me off buying is that I already have ADBE, CRM, PYPL in other pies and when such overlap exists it becomes hard to track how many shares are held where. Ideally, in the pie holdings list it should be possible to see how many shares are held in that pie, perhaps by a toggle between showing “% / target %” and “# shares” beneath the instrument’s name.

looks good, nice job. I don’t have any pies. just went all in on DOCU for now. thing I would say is a stock like fastly has gone up 75% in the last month, something makes me hesitate over the buy button…I know long term it’s good but wow that’s some quick gains missed out on so far.

It’s been added over there.

I know, hence this post:

Now I know it won’t be added for at least a couple months I’ll be using Freetrade for Cloud ETFs, no problem.

Ah didn’t spot that. Cheers
