Is this a regular fund that tracks the oil price. Its not in any way leveraged?

ETFs (listed in London) do not require a stamp duty paid like individual stocks. Is this correct?

Any ETF/ETC/ETN should have a due diligence in their provider website. Why ask others to do it for you?

UK stamp duty is only on stocks and investment trusts.

Not all stocks. Most AIM stocks are exempted from stamp duty.
