Hi. I have made a withdraw request over 24 hours and it’s still marked as pending.
It has asked me about agreeing that not using it to fund terrorism and that further info may be asked but I have received nothing. Can anybody help?

Your withdrawal requests are executed in up to 2 business days.
Although, depending on your payment provider it can take about 3 business days from the moment the withdrawal was executed from our side.
Thanks. But what I mean is that these have not been executed yet despite being 24h
Yes, because “… are executed in up to 2 business days.” hasn’t passed yet. So it could be open and awaiting execution for up to 48 hours.
