If we have to be accurate, your withdrawals were initiated from your end precisely 21 hours ago. While we indeed appreciate how important is the payments to be processed promptly, still we’re complying with what was promised in the terms - up to 2 business days to process a request.
Nevertheless, we usually try to handle all requests as fast as we can, and you can expect a confirmation in a few hours.

I think it depends on your bank provider, it took 3-4 days for my withdrawal
