Account type selection during registration

Hi folks,

Complete noob here and trying to register.

During the registration process, there comes a step where you need to select the account types you would like to open - CFD, Invest and ISA. Question is - do i really need to decide at that point in time or can I open Invest account and then in future, add the ISA or CFD or any other combination?
