Add funds to a pie but not invest it?

Is it possible to add cash to a pieā€™s cash pile, rather than invest it into the pie straight away?

Thanks for any help

Itā€™s a bit of a workaround but if you invest while markets are closed then hit cancel, the money stays in the pieā€™s free funds.

To add an existing investment, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the ā€˜Holdingsā€™ section of the newly created pie.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap the ā€˜More actionsā€™ button.
  3. Select the ā€˜Import investmentsā€™ option.
  4. You will see a list of all your investments available for import.
  5. Choose the investment you want to add to the pie.
  6. Select the desired amount or percentage of the investment to be added.
  7. Confirm the import and the investment will be added to the pie.

Keep in mind that when adding new investments to the pie, you may need to adjust the target values of existing slices to accommodate the new investment.
