Hi T212 I have noticed that Agronomics will be delisted what is the reasoning behind this?
Where did you read that it will become delisted - I can’t see any RNS from the company on this?
Suspect it’s just fake news.
This morning on T212 it had the yellow box informing everyone the instrument is being delisted.
I did exactly the same no RNS on LSE from Agronomics regarding delisting or any news articles.
I’ve just checked now it says it’s suspended by T212 intermediary.
I had a look on TradingView and can’t see any announcement to explain this. The have released several news releases over the last month and nothing I’ve seen mentions anything that would suggest delisting, takeover…
On T212 - Agronomics was shown as delisted this morning.
A few hours later it is shown as suspended by the intermediary.
Would someone from T212 please be able to clarify what is going on. Staff were quick to respond that it was delisted via chat but given its now suspended further clarity would be appreciated.

I have received clarification from ANIC directly that they have no intention of delisting the company. It would be good to get clarity from T212 why they said that it was delisted this morning.

Agronomics (ANIC) was initially flagged for delisting by Bloomberg. The delisting was then removed as an event from Bloomberg, and we updated the instrument’s status.
