Instrument not available anymore

Hi T212 team,

I’d like to know what’s the criteria to delist a stock on T212. According to one member of the T212 team, the ticker XAMXL “was previously on the platform, however, Buy orders were not going through.” Does it mean that you delisted it because nobody was buying the stock during the period of time that was available? Apparently, the stock is liquid enough to be available on T212:

If that’s the criteria, why the ticker YUVS is still active? There is no liquidity at all:

Just trying to understand how your team work with tickers and the general criteria.

Kind regards

Thanks for bringing that up, @HumanTraders.

The most important factor is whether our intermediary IBKR is accepting BUY orders with the instrument or not. In this particular case, IBKR doesn’t accept BUY orders with XAMXL, thus we had to disable it. On the other hand, despite the low liquidity, BUY orders with YUVS are still being accepted, hence why it remains available on the platform.
