AIM Delisting -What happens next?

Hi all,

Had a bit of a look around but can’t find the answer to this one.

Hornby is not going bust or being taken over (so far as I can tell) but is delisting from the AIM. Is there any info on what happens in this situation?

I don’t own the stock but own some other AIM-listed shares, so interested in how 212 might handle this…

Usually, whenever a stock is delisted from its trading venue, it also gets temporarily suspended until further information is provided. Once the official terms of the delisting are confirmed, we reflect the event on our app right away.

Delisted stocks typically undergo a liquidation process at a specific price, or they may be deemed worthless. There are also instances where stocks listed on one exchange are moved to another.

A quick search seems to indicate Hornby is going private so leaving the AIM market.

Thanks, that’s not quite an answer but I’ll follow the Hornby situation and see what happens.
