All ISA equivalents in EU

Some countries appear to have S&S ISA equivalents

I hear both France and Slovenia have them IIRC?

In France the PEA is i believe less generous than the S&S ISA.

It enables you to invest in european equity ETF and stocks + synthetic equity ETF (since the basket of stocks owned by the issuer is european) with no tax until you withdraw the money out. Then you have to pay β€˜social fee’ now raised to 18.6% (it was 17.2% last year and rose regularly for 30 years since it exists) instead of the flat tax of 31.4% (raised from 30% last year).
There is no yearly allowance but an overall 150K maximal invested amount forever. You need to not pull out anything for at least 5 years otherwise the tax would be similar to a general investment account.
