Yeah, I just made a pie with the ARKK holdings that are higher in their table, plus a few stocks I wanted in there personally, (EXPI, APPS, STNE). And I adjusted Tesla so it had a higher %.
I did the same with ARKG, the large majority are available on Trading 212.
Just check Ark Invest website every so often to see how they change. Iāve kept an eye on them, things donāt change drastically.
Good man
Exactly⦠donāt sweat the fractional movements⦠they occur as the fund grows and the prices of underlying fluctuate. Your approach is entirely logical.
When I saw this thread crop up again I thought it was a new request to āadd ARKK to T212ā
I was thinking of doing this with the top 10 holdings adjusted weighted but couldnāt as Proto Labs Inc (PRLB) isnāt available. It is currently 3.65% of ARKK.
PSNL (3.54%) is not available - ARKG
Tbh them and other 3D printing companies probably wonāt be shooting to the moon any time soon. Iād just replace with EXPI. Iām not an expert and thereās probably a reason Ark didnāt add them to the ETF but theyāve done extremely well the last few months and they seem to be a similar company to Zillow if Iām not mistaken.
Also, take a look at SKIN, GRWG, SE (invest account). Your pie doesnāt have to match ARKK stock for stock. One or two you want to add wonāt ruin anything.
4% of mine is SPCE. It isnāt doing great ATM but Iām still up 10% overall and I only made the pie the other week.
If you only want ARKK stocks though then pick the ones available and adjust the % as best you can.
Iām requesting the ARK Innovation ETF*, ticker symbol $ARKK, run by Portfolio Manager Catherine Wood.
The fund has seen staggering returns, even amidst economic collapse, with 3-year annualised returns of 24.72%**.
It is known for its large holding in $TSLA, a company that the fund is extremely vocal about.
Iām quite surprised it isnāt already available on 212 due to the size of the fund. Please add this to the platform, I think itād be a great addition.
Have you checked which of these constituents are available, and as fractional shares? I think many of them could not be put in a pie. Zscaler, Autodesk⦠not available
Well they need to be fractional to be in a pie, Iām saying buy shares in those specific would be my plan if I wanted to copy but I havenāt checked them out Iām not that invested. From a two second scan down the list they look decent, Iāve heard of maybe 15. Half of them might not even be on the platform, I doubt many are fractional, I havenāt checked. Itās simply the list if anyone is interested. You might be in luck and find 30/37 here or only 10 I donāt know
If you find any that arenāt on here or want as fractional you can always make a request for those and then it gets filled.
Thatās unfortunately the best outcome as @Ashige has already mentioned.
Exactly that, I donāt know how frequently they update the list or weightings but I would say itās going to be better using it as guidance that paying them to follow them.
I would have expected Slack, Pinterest, Spotify and Autodesk would have more weighting and for me personally I know them in my life. Lending Tree Iāve heard of too. The others I would have to do a lot more DD on before including.
Yeah, the fund is actively managed so they would be trimming positions everyday as the stock price fluctuates and the allocation increases/decreases. Thatās not something Iām concerned about however.
Would definitely tweak to my preferences too. Would be bulking up on $TSLA!
If this is helpful to anyone, Iām keeping a spreadsheet updated regularly of a few of the ARK funds Iām interested in, weighted proportionally to whatās available on 212 pies. More than happy to share:
