Each eligible shareholder (i.e. held shares or fractional stocks of AMC by the 20th of April) will receive an email with a control number and link to submit their vote.

@B.E any idea what is happening with Vinco Ventures $BBIG Voting? Will be able to vote?

The voting is now live. We’ve sent the control numbers for Vinco Ventures, Inc. (BBIG)'s special meeting to eligible shareholders who held their shares at the end of 25.05.2022.
