It is probably due to the fact that the US markets open at 
2:30 pm … unless you are referring to CFDs where the pre-market is already open. If the CFDs don’t work then there is an issue with your app/website etc 
As the CFDs work at lest they work on my end
I was told I could only place 500 units due to how volatile nio is. But then they keep changing the restriction which is annoying
