Can you add Australian Stock RedBubble (RBL)? They’re one of the largest print on demand companies.

There is a US ADR with ticker RDBBF: Redbubble Limited (RDBBF) Stock Price, News, Quote & History - Yahoo Finance

Following the advices from the post I’ve linked, it doesn’t appear that the ADR, which is traded OTC, is Penny Stock Exempt, so it still cannot be added.
Its volume also looks quite anemic, so even if it were I doubt it would be added still.

Also doesn’t appear to be listed on IBKR.
