I’m trying to sell shares in Microsoft but when I open the sell window it won’t let me move the slider tooth amount of shares! It’s grated out & I’m losing money!

I can see that you already contacted our customer care team, and they managed to resolve this. For the benefit of other users on the forum, here is what happened:
As you already had a pending limit sell order, the system wasn’t allowing you to place another pending order. This is simply due to the fact that the active pending order you had was for the full quantity of MSFT shares you hold. In such cases, if you’d like to place a new order, for example, a market sell order, you’d first have to cancel the active pending order.
