I’m trying to understand what’s happening with CoinShares Physical Bitcoin EUR (ISIN: GB00BLD4ZL17). I hold the EUR version, and although I haven’t found any official communication or reported issues, I’m currently unable to purchase this ETP.
Interestingly, the GBP, CHF, and USD versions don’t seem to have this restriction.
Does anyone have official information on this, or could point me to a source?

Our intermediary has temporarily suspended buy orders. Once the restrictions are lifted, we’ll reflect that accordingly.

Thanks for your response. Could you please clarify the reason behind this? These things usually don’t happen without a cause, and I’d really like to understand the root cause.

These restrictions weren’t imposed by us but by our intermediary, so unfortunately, we’re unable to specify the exact reason behind them. The good news is that the restrictions have now been lifted.

If you’re registered in our UK entity, you can currently invest in the CoinShares Physical Bitcoin listings on the LSE.
